Dr. Guido Wenski has a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Cologne (Germany). He held leading positions in R&D, project management, technology and procurement in the Wacker Chemical Group (Munich) and its subsidiary semiconductor company Siltronic AG, including extended stays abroad in the USA and in Asia.
He has long lasting active experience in the areas of professional training and andragogy. After carrying out numerous negotiations, on his own or as the leader of a negotiation team, there is hardly anything in a negotiation that he hasn‘t seen or heard about so far.
And in three decades of industrial experience he has gained a comprehensive background in the field of management and leadership techniques which are often touching the important topic of self-management. His broad knowledge of negotiation and commercial practice is going to be published in the form of two book titles (Springer Gabler, in German language).
